Pick the channel that matches what you need. Abuse reports and security issues are handled first; everything else usually gets a reply within a few days.

Report abusive or illegal content

Use the report form on the paste itself — the link is in the footer of every paste, or go to the report page. Include the paste ID and a sentence about which rule it breaks. Reports are rate-limited to five per hour per network, so batch related pastes into one report rather than five.

For copyright complaints, include the paste URL, the work you own, and a statement that you are authorised to act for the rights holder. Pastes are removed when a complaint is valid; the reporter's email is only used to follow up.

Security issues

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, email security@pastesite.com with a subject starting Security report, a description, and the smallest reproduction you can manage. Please do not open a public issue, do not test against other people's pastes, and give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing.

The full scope, safe-harbour terms and disclosure timeline are in the vulnerability disclosure policy. The machine-readable version is /.well-known/security.txt.

API, bugs and feature requests

Most API questions are answered by the API guide, which lists every endpoint, the error codes and the authentication model. If something there is wrong or missing, that is a bug in the documentation and worth an email.

For a bug, include the URL, the browser, what you expected and what happened. For a feature request, describe the problem rather than the implementation — that leaves room for a simpler fix.

Privacy requests

To delete an account, or to ask what is stored about you, email support@pastesite.com from the address on the account. Anonymous pastes are not linked to an identity, so deletion of one requires the paste link or its ID.

General enquiries: support@pastesite.com. There is no phone support and no chat widget.

Frequently asked questions

How do I delete a paste?

If you created it while signed in, delete it from your dashboard. Anonymous pastes cannot be deleted by their author — use an expiry or burn-after-read — but you can email the link and ask for removal.

Do you respond to every email?

Abuse and security reports are answered. Short questions usually get a short reply. Messages asking for free promotion or link insertions are ignored.

Can I get my paste restored after it expired?

No. Expired and burned pastes are deleted, not archived. That is what makes the expiry meaningful.
