     The staff of IRCD.US.COM would like to welcome you to 'one of' the
     most user friendly IRC servers on the Net. We value our users, as
     they should be. We at IRCD.US.COM realize, without users there is no
     server and without servers there is no IRC. So we do our part in
     making sure your IRC experience is the best possible while online.
     Our staff has been instructed to treat our users as they would want
       to be treated. NOT how our staff wants to treat you.

    1). To treat 'ALL' users with respect. Our staff have been instructed
        to assist Network users with any and/or all of their IRC needs
        that our staff has power/control over. If you are new or a long
        standing IRC user, we're here for you.

                       OUR FEW BUT YET ENFORCED RULES


    1). NO ABUSIVE/MALICIOUS OR DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOUR.

        * The overall call for this rule is to ensure EVERYONE has the
        right to enjoy ParadiseCHAT, IRCD.US.COM & IRC in general. Any
        form of disruptive behaviour to another User,Channel or Server
        will not be tolerated. We will investigate any/all complaints
        thoroghly and render a FAIR & UNBIASED decision.

    2). NO AUTOMATED CLIENTS.

        * Automated clients consist of BOTTLERS, IROFFERS & Any form of
        client script that lays in wait to catch files. Eggdrop/Python
        bots are the only acception and that is if they are registered
        with the Network. You can register them via email to Lodestone
        at <will@lodestoneit.co.uk> and if approved, it'll be added.

    3). NO INTENTIONAL MALICIOUS FLOODING.

        * This is a golden IRC rule that most everyone should be aware
        of & if not.. Guess what? YOU ARE NOW! <insert humor>. Any form
        of disruptive flooding will not be tolerated on our server. We
        are here to provide a safe & friendly medium for our Users to
        access the Network with. Flooding can cause Server disruption
        which in return effects our Users.

    4). HAVE FUN, THE IRC WAY!

        * IRCD.US.COM is a service provided to anyone whom chooses to
        connect to our Server and/or Network. We pride ourselves on
        being leanient with our Users. We want you. We want you to come
        back.. and MAINLY, we want you to have fun while you IRC. It's
        not to difficult to achieve that goal while on IRCD.US.COM. You
        the User, have the power to make your IRC time as productive as
        you want. If any other User interferes with that, please...

                 type !HELP (which will call an Operator)

        And let an Administrator / IRC Operator about the situation. We
        will do our best to remedy your problem.

     malicious, get even or just cause you can on ANY of our users on this
     server. Vanity /kills are acceptable IF our User has no problem with
     it. If you must /kill or /kline a user on our Server.. You need to
     have a logged and valid reason. When it comes to our friendly, devoted
     Users we will do what is in their best interest.. Allowing them to IRC
     in peace.
