IRC.ZYMIC.COM #BOTS Competition

To create the shortest IRC PHP BOT.

YOUR BOT MUST DO THE FOLLOWING:
- Connect to the Zymic Server 
- Join the #bots channel on the server
- Reply any message when someone says "Hello"
- Have a quit command, so it can leave the server.

RULES:
- You must use your own code.
- A semi colon denotes a new line.

The winner will be chosen by character count, and line count.
